On Thursday we did a little shopping in Foley and the Mehrings went to Lambert's for lunch. We headed to the pool later where we finally convinced Landon to let go of our hips long enough to realize that he could touch the bottom in the 3 foot end of the pool and a couple hours later he was jumping in...with his puddle jumper on still of course. Big progress!
Abby and Landon were taking turns jumping in to Scott then he'd throw them in the air. After several minutes of hearing 'my turn! my turn!' He grabbed both of them and hoisted them into the air for a great photo op! :) We stayed at the pool pretty late and did a little night swimming....and poor Grant had the marks to show for it....4 enormous bites on his back. :( Poor guy. He's a bug magnet!
