One of the Advent calendar events the boys enjoyed the most was a picnic under the Christmas tree. Friday night, jammies, Jimmy Johns and snugglin'....doesn't get better than that! 
After the picnic, Landon was finally inspired to write his letter to Santa, which he had been asked to start at least six times before. When the mood struck him, he cranked this baby out in 10 minutes...all by himself. The teacher (and mommy) in me were so proud!
