Christmas Morning

Christmas morning was a pretty typical morning in our house.  Grant got in  bed with us around 7:00, REALLY wanted some chocolate milk, went back to sleep for a little while, then demanded to watch Mickey Mouse at about 8:30..like there wasn't any presents chillin' under the tree for him to unwrap.  And a little before nine, we went upstairs and woke Landon up because if we hadn't he would've slept til noon.  (that's MY boy there...probably one of the FEW things he got from me)
Landon came down with a little more excitement...(as documented with yellow blanket and Little Guy strewn across the floor as the boys assumed their traditional Christmas morning pre-present pose)

And then the unwrapping commenced!  Landon opened a Nintendo 3DS from Santa...

And Grant started out with opening Goofy from us...and then much to Landon's excitement he opened PlayMobil Soccer from Santa....

...which was opened right away and set up on the living room floor.

Landon got a Lego Star Wars shirt from us...and Santa brought Grant the medics and referees for the soccer set, too.

Landon opened Lego Batman 2 for the DS from Santa and had such a reaction that Grant had to come over to see what all the fuss was about.

Stocking time!  A replacement for a favorite gone missing for over a year...Everyone's Hero!

a 3-in-1 sport toy for playing in the garage and getting us through the cooped up winter months...

Grant got a Manchester United kit and the PlayMobil school bus from us, too.
Enjoying the DS...while Disney's Christmas Day parade was on and Mommy made noodles to take to Grandpa and Grandma's.

and we all enjoyed some jammy time before heading that direction.  :)
