As mentioned previously, we had a pool literally out our back door...which was AWESOME. Because two days out of the five the boy went down for a nap, we took the monitor out and Chad and I were able to have adult time laying by the pool with beverages. (w
hich technically may have been against the rules, but it was our vocation darn it...we deserved beverages. Not to mention it was HOT. We had to rehydrate!)There also was a bigger pool in a more central location on the resort that had a kiddie pool, complete with a mushroom waterfall and wading pool. We hit that one day...at 5 p.m. It was so hot at 1:00, the normal time you would go to a pool that I felt like if we took the kids out it would've been the same as cooking them. Seriously, it was HOOOOOT (that's HOT with an exaggeration on the short o....not hoot like an owl).
You gotta love pruney baby toes.
