The same week that Grant lost his first tooth, he learned to ride his bike without training wheels. Cue the mommy water works. He's just growing (sniff sniff) up (sniff) so (sniff) fast (sniff sniff).
It didn't take long for him to have it down. The starting/stopping thing was tricky to start with, and he did run smack into one of the yellow concrete poles at the entrance to the trail on one of his first solo stops, but it was a one hour and done thing. Of course it was one of the hottest, most humid days of the summer, so Daddy did some serious sweating while holding this guy up.
