Holy Christmas Presents

At lunch time we headed back to Chad's Mom and Dad's where we had Christmas with the extended fam. Here's cousin Heather with a lap full! And then Landon with the Julia and Alyssa.

We did a couch picture and this is the best I got. Not everyone's looking, but at least everyone was ON the couch. We gave up after a couple of minutes and turned them loose to see if we could get a picture with the little ones standing behind the coffee table. Uhh....no.
Here's Caleb checking out Chad's Mario Brothers game and him and Grant taking in the snow.

Uncle Brian was a big hit with Grant. It's not often that Grant gets to be that high in the air ya know....just with Uncle Stallion.

We had just a FEW presents to open...good stuff from Uncle Don and Aunt Deanna, Uncle Brian and Aunt Connie, G.G., Aunt Judy, Uncle Rob and Aunt Melissa, Uncle Gary and Aunt Maria, and that doesn't count the things we opened from cousins.

After present opening there, we came home to my Mom and Dad and Uncle Michael and opened more presents!

Landon and Grant got a carwash and a few other things, but the big hit of the night....was the tent.

LOVE this picture of Grant...a la Risky Business...minus a sock, headed into the tent.

Even Uncle Michael got in on the fun.

Crawlin' through the tunnel....I had a picture of Uncle Michael doing this too, but it was very cramped and since I already had five thousand pictures on this post, I decided to let him keep a small fraction of dignity and not put it on.

The next morning we got up and had breakfast and played in the snow. Here's Papa breaking in the farm set with Landon.

Which of these is more ridiculous? Michael decked out in blaze orange camo, or Landon "mowing the grass" in the snow? Hmm....toss up.

And here's Landon's first snow man that Dad committed to building even though the snow did not pack easily. We all appreciated his efforts....except for Mom who was startled by him "peeping" in her bedroom window that night.

Later that afternoon, Dad made my holiday by hanging our old kitchen cabinets in our laundry room....with a little help from the littlest tool man in the house.

Okay...good videos here: Grant being tormented by Chad and a pair of earmuffs. Quality. Then hyperactive tent play...even better. Followed by Landon's first downhill sled ride of the season...he wasn't amused...more interested in the snow angel.
